Nabis Chemistry Group (referred to as "Nabis Chemistry") has been developing continuously for 16 years since the establishment of the first material chemical enterprise of Shunying New Technology Co., LTD in 2007. In 2010 and 2011, Nabis Chemistry successively established Sichuan Shunying Power Battery Material Co., LTD., Sichuan Nabis Material Technology Co., LTD., and other material chemical enterprises, focusing on the development of "nickel cobalt lithium magnesium" energy storage materials and other metal materials, "silicon titanium aluminum carbon" simple materials and downstream new composite materials. Nabis Chemistry attaches great importance to scientific research, innovation, environmental protection and recycling economy, and the group has set up materials and chemical technology research institutes in the two joint-stock companies of Southwest China Science and Technology Center, respectively, and actively explore the metallurgical extraction and recycling of materials chemical industry and high value-added refractory minerals such as upstream raw materials mines, tailings , slag and bulk solid waste. In 2017, Sichuan Shunying Material Institute through more than ten years of scientific research and innovation accumulation, exclusively invented “nitric acid pressure layered leaching technology” ,the world's first hydrometallurgical process, and passed the Ministry of Science and Technology of China's "new verification". A number of Chinese national academicians and metallurgical experts organized feasibility demonstration. In 2023, the world's innovative technology won the "Sichuan Science and Technology Progress First Prize" and has a series of invention patents. After the "Beihai Shunying Material world's first set of production line" is put into operation and verified, it will further promote the declaration of "National Science and Technology Progress First Prize".

In addition to coal resources, China has serious shortages of other major strategic metal minerals. At the same time, the metal and non-metal bulk minerals that have been proved and have not yet been developed on a large scale in China are basically low-grade ores and composite ores that are difficult to be treated by modern metallurgical technology, and the traditional acid leaching process has high cost and prominent environmental problems. In order to solve the two urgent problems of "China's severe shortage of strategic metals", a large amount of solid waste occupying arable land and polluting the environment ", Nabis Chemistry actively responds to the national industrial strategy and "import substitution" guidelines.
